and all the official events on the program (including reception).

【Lunch】
There are Halal- and Vegetarian-friendly restaurants nearby,
but paid advance orders for lunch boxes (¥1,500 each) are available only for those who require them.


*For members: Please log in by using ID (Membership Number) and your password.
If you forget ID or password, please click the button “I forgot my Password”.
Do not log-in with “No, this is the first time”, which is for person who do not have an ID.

*After login, please type your full name, your organization and your e-mail address in English.

*Even if you are a student, the student membership price will not apply unless you have joined and paid the annual membership fee.

*If you finish your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail through your e-mail address you designated.
Please be sure to check it.

*You can also download invoices and receipts.

*If your credit card is not VISA/Master/Amex/JCB/Diners, please contact ICES_PAPAIOS@ml.gakkai.ne.jp.

*The payments to PAPAIOS will not be refunded once you pay it.
We will provide a full refund of the registration fee if ICES 2026 is cancelled by PAPAIOS.
However, they will not be refunded in the event of unexpected emigration & immigration policy change
of both your country and Japan.
