入会をご希望の方は、本オンライン入会システムにて、必要事項をご入力のうえ、お申し込みください。

入会のお申し込みをいただくと、システムより自動で【登録・入会申込の仮登録完了のお知らせ】メールがお手元に届きます。
メール内のURLをクリックしていただくことで正式に入会申込が完了しますので、必ずメールの到着をご確認ください。

姓・名とパスワード（15桁までの任意の半角英数字・記号）を入力の上、【新規登録・入会画面へ】ボタンをクリックしてください。

Upon submission of your application, you will automatically receive a 【登録・入会申込の仮登録完了のお知らせ】（Provisional Registration Confirmation
for Membership Application）email from the system.
our membership application will be officially completed once you click the URL provided in this email. Please ensure you receive this email.

Please enter your last name（姓）, first and middle names（名）, and a password (パスワード, up to 15 single-byte alphanumeric characters and symbols) and
click the 【新規登録・入会画面へ】（Proceed to New Registration and Membership Application Screen） button.

※セキュリティ上、30分以上操作をしないまま放置するとシステムがリセットされます。
その場合は最初から操作を行ってください。

For security purposes, the system will reset if left inactive for 30 minutes or more.
In such cases, please restart the application process from the beginning.
