Registration System for the Japan Section of the RSAI
This system is for registering to attend the 62nd (2025) Annual Conference Pre-registration period: From September 12 to September 26 at 4:00 PM JST Members must pay their 2025 membership fees in advance. If your fees are unpaid, please complete the procedure on the member's my page below. *The registration fee should, in principle, be paid by credit card. After completing your registration through this system, please proceed to "Online Credit Card Payment" on the application completion screen to make your payment. *If you are unable to pay by credit card and must use a bank transfer or other method, please contact the secretariat after registering. *If you miss the pre-registration period, you may register on the day of the event. Payment will be cash only. If you are a member, select "Yes" and log in using your member ID and password. *Your member ID is your membership number. *If you have forgotten your password, please proceed to "I forgot my password" at the top of the screen. If you are a non-member, select"No" and follow the on-screen instructions. However, if you have already applied for online membership, please use the ID issued by the secretariat and the password you registered to complete your conference registration. For more details, please contact the secretariat. This system can be used even if you only have a mobile email address.
